What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day The role involves trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife.
