Urgent requirement: cnc turning machinist (Massachusetts)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Day-to-day duties: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish 5+ years on the tools preferred.
