Trainee butcher — Lafia

Join our team: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Lafia, Nasarawa State. Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. ₦155,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
