Horizontal milling machine operator • Kenedy County, Texas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Kenedy County, Texas. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. The role involves: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery What we are looking for: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Full-time with occasional weekends.
