Grill cook — Reno County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Reno County, Kansas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
