The role involves mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers.
