Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Aniocha North, Delta State. You will work in a bread factory. On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around ₦1,400 per hour, based on your experience.
