Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Baker County, Florida. The role involves: • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position Ideal candidate: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather Full-time, day shift.
