We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Ideally you have able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths.
