Route sales agent — Norfolk County

Join our team: we are hiring a route sales agent in Norfolk County, Massachusetts. You will be based at an FMCG distributor. On a typical shift you will negotiate prices and close the deal; demonstrate product features and pricing on the shop floor; upsell and cross-sell add-on products; collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up; follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp; meet daily and monthly sales targets. You should have: • Willing to work on a commission/incentive basis • Knowledge of the local language and market • Basic smartphone and billing-app knowledge Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
