Pastry baker wanted in Cowlitz County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Cowlitz County, Washington. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
