We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Hardeman County, Texas. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts The role involves: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement 3+ years on the tools preferred.
