Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Macomb County, Michigan. You will be based in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
