The role involves clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
