The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits.
