Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Madagali, Adamawa State. Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Part-time with flexible hours.
