You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles On the job you will handle: • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio Rotating shifts.
