Food and beverage server — Kware

Immediate opening: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Kware, Sokoto State. You will work in a five-star hotel. You will clear and reset tables between covers; check back during the meal and handle special requests; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
