Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Storey County, Nevada. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Rotating shifts.
