Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Comanche County, Texas. The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
