Cook — Lea County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Lea County, New Mexico. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
