Immediate opening: bread and bun maker (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Calhoun County, Texas. You will be based in a bread factory. Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
