Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking.
