We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $22 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
