Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in Floyd County, Georgia. The job is at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery 2+ years on the tools preferred.
