Immediate opening: head baker (Jigawa State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Guri, Jigawa State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time, day shift.
