Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Kebbe, Sokoto State. The job is in a supermarket meat department. The role involves: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths We offer ₦105,000 per month plus benefits.
