The role involves: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 6+ years on the tools preferred.
