Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Ogun Waterside, Ogun State. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
