Shuttering fixer • Lee County, Florida

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Lee County, Florida. You will work at an infrastructure construction site. On the job you will handle: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour Requirements: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
