Meat cutter wanted in Barber County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Barber County, Kansas. You will be based in a meat processing plant. The role involves: • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
