Grill cook wanted in Ife East

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Ife East, Osun State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Pay around ₦310,000 per project, based on your experience.
