Immediate opening: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Wakulla County, Florida. The job is at a white goods manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards The role involves fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components.
