Immediate opening: catering cook (Alabama)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Perry County, Alabama. Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
