The role involves: • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Pitch products door to door along the assigned beat • Plan the route and visit retailers on the beat • Follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp • Handle cash and card payments at the counter Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of the local language and market • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience 4+ years on the tools preferred.
