Vacancy available: shuttering carpenter (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Bexar County, Texas. You will be based on a bridge and flyover project. The role involves assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters. What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Part-time with flexible hours.
