D6/D8 dozer operator — Butler County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Butler County, Ohio. The job is on a quarry floor. On a typical shift you will carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; refuel the machine and record running hours. What we are looking for: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections Six days a week, one day off.
