What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
