Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Gokana, Rivers State. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. ₦125,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
