Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Coffee County, Georgia. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
