Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Loudoun County, Virginia. You will be based in a café. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems The role involves coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); check back during the meal and handle special requests; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left.
