What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On a typical shift you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
