Bread and bun maker wanted in Wayne County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Wayne County, Utah. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
