Head baker wanted in Irepodun

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Irepodun, Osun State. The job is in a bread factory. On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₦60,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
