Now hiring: uPVC window fitter (Utah)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Utah County, Utah. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. The role involves: • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails What we are looking for: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges 3+ years on the tools preferred.
