Immediate opening: lathe programmer-operator (Colorado)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Weld County, Colorado. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred On a typical shift you will adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles. We offer $140 per day plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
