Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change The role involves raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; clear and reset tables between covers; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules.
