Grill cook — Clermont County

Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Clermont County, Ohio. On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
