Tandoor cook — Kent County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Kent County, Rhode Island. On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
