We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in McCulloch County, Texas. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day-to-day duties: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers We offer $24 per hour plus benefits.
